DH and I have a new found love for Sushi (after we had some on vacation in Cancun and at Benihanas). Do y'all know of any other good places in the DFW area to try?

I have tried 4 places since we moved here and so far I will second Mua.
YAY! Have you been for their lunch special? 3 types of rolls for $10.99? Can't beat it.

I have but I never get it because they usually have a special roll I want to try. I always end up spending more money and eating more than I wanted but its so good I dont regret it one bit.

My 5 favorite sushi places are, in order:
1. 560
2. Nobu
3. Nakamoto in Plano
4. Steel
5. Awaji in Plano
For cheap sushi, I like Deep Sushi in Deep Ellum and Oishi next to Sal's close to where I work in Uptown. 560 is by far the best I've ever had but all my other favorites rank really close together.

I looked! This place looks and sounds good. Are they reasonably priced?
Yes!
It's right between cheaper sushi (like Zenna) and the much more expensive stuff. I think a full spicy tuna roll for me was $7 or so and was about 8 pieces. Their specialty rolls are a bit more expensive (around $10-14 depending on how "rare" the ingredients are). I get the firecracker roll a lot and its delicious! Every time we've gone in they've given us free stuff to try, so tell them it's your first time there and they'll definitely send something your way! I think the prices are really fair for how great their sushi is. I usually will not eat fish of any kind because I hate the fishy taste/smell, but I will eat almost anything off the menu here because it is so fresh it doesn't have that taste/smell. Drinks are more expensive here.
The place is really beautiful inside and usually very quiet and a great place for a quiet dinner, but a word of warning is that after 9:30 or 10, it's sake bomb time! There are wigs involved, lots of free sake, and lots of yelling every 30 minutes or so.
Wasabi in McKinney has 1/2 price sushi on Wednesday nights! Love it!
