Have you guys every noticed if when you go back for a price adjustment whether or not you are credited for tax you were charged on the original price as well?
I am wondering if maybe I never noticed because the few times I have done it they were smaller purchases. I ask because we purchased our glider & ottoman but went back with 20% off coupons and didn't get the tax credit. We were doing so much in returns that I didn't push it while at the store but now I am annoyed but also wondering if I am missing something.
Re: Price adjustment
While I certainly have issues with BRU at the moment (which can partially be attributed to my desire to get as many discounts as possible) this was at BBB. Otherwise I have loved them so I am hoping if I go back with my question they will be cool about it.
BRU on the other hand (or at least the one we go to) no longer allows the 20% off coupons to be combined on one purchase and we had to split up our stuff. The cashier looked at me like I would say "oh okay just forget about it I won't use them then". Um no way buddy. I am also bummed because a friend got her 20% stacked with the completion discount about a month ago before this change and now I really doubt they will do the same for us.
