Why I Love You Girls
I was just checking out some other wedding month boards and it makes me realize how completely and utterly AWESOME the April 2010 girls are. It's kind of sad that other month boards are dead or on the verge of dying and Our board is one of the most active month boards and that just makes me feel great inside! I'm so happy that we've all remained close and I consider all of you true friends even though I've never met most of you girls in person. My DH kind of thinks I'm weird cuz I talk about you girls all the time or I'm always whipping up something for our pregnant April girls, but I don't care!
Just wanted to share the love with you girls!

that's so sad that other boards have died out...i've always wondered that, but never wandered over to check. we are awesome!!!
my dh doesn't understand either...when we did the christmas exchange, and i showed him my gift (from julie!) he's like, "wait, so you got a gift from someone you don't even know?!?!" LOL he doesn't "get" it!!

I couldn't agree more - as a part of the original wedding board - it meant the world to me that you all remained as welcoming as you did after I changed my wedding date. I talk about you all too and I have yet to figure out a proper name for everyone. Like...I say..."omg my friend Rachel...you know Rachel...the one on The Knot board where I talk with other girls who are married...umm...anyways!

I have been so busy at work lately that I haven't had time to check in like I used to. It makes my day feel incomplete until I can catch up with what everyone's up to.
Plus, I always talk about you girls to my DH and friends. They have just come to accept it.

I just find it so entertaining when starting off a conversation with, "So, my knot/nest girls..." or "So my friend on the nest..." hahaha it is fun to have a group of ladies out there... everywhere! we'll def have to try and do a GTG one day!
