Kohl's also carries tape similiar to this above. It will basically help hold the dress to your skin. If you want something a little more heavy duty, I think toupe tape might be an option. I think you can get that at like a Sally Beauty type place.
I am rather large chested. I wore pasties under my junior prom dress. Pulling them off and the resulting bruises, yes bruises, were one of the most horrific experiences of my life. That is why I made them alter my wedding gown so I didn't have to wear a bra at all. Truth.
But to answer your original question, you can get them at David's Bridal or pretty much any department store, in addition to the places pp mentioned.
