AW - Getting a new (to me) car!!
I just have to AW a little. There is no one around right now to tell, so I'm telling you guys.
I'm so excited! I've been driving the same car for the last 8 or 9 years and we are finally getting me a new car! It's a 2001 Volvo V70 XC. It only has 64,000 miles on it.
I drove a couple other things and I really like this one. It's roomy, it's completely decked out with all the options I wanted, it's got lots of power (V6) and it's in excellent condition. AND on top of that, we are getting it for a complete steal.
It's the last car I would have thought I'd get, but I'm totally excited.
YAY!! Hopefully I'll get to bring it home tonight or tomorrow!

Volvos are my favorite cars! They're boxy, but good (anyone see that movie?)
We're kind of going out.
LOL. DH was telling me last night about their slogan being "Boxey but good" years ago.
I've been told that they go FOREVER. We know someone who has one that has 400,000+ miles on it and has only needed regular maintance. Nothing major has been done to it. And it's still going... Hope I get that lucky.
