Who is your hair person? (sorry this has been asked before)
My chick that I have gone to for 5 years has left her old salon and moved to a place where she owns her own book of clients. I like her but since I have gone to her forever, we were stuck in a bit of a rut and I'd like to try someone new before I go back to her. Who do you recommend.. somewhere either downtown or the west side of town preferrably.
Mommy of 3!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Kelly!!! For a basic wash/cut/style its about $40 but I seriously can't anybody else to mimic what she does! I tried one time going to a cheap walk-in place figuring the basic cut was already there. Even DH commented that night "thats not your usual haircut is it?" Not good. So I stick with Kelly!
I've been going to Elle at Salon W in the East Village for about 5 years now. I love love love that place (they're also an Aveda salon), they are all very talented and professional. Her cuts usually cost about $35 plus what ever you tip.
