A10 Siggy Challenge: Our Next Vacation Destination: Paris!
Yea!! How is that cutie doin?
Hey there gals! Milo is nursing at the moment, lol, so I will fill you in... with one hand! I am dying to update my blog but can't seem to find the time... ugh.
Milo is doing really well, and seems to enjoy life at home. His reflux/GERD makes him uncomfortable at times, so he gets cranky, but he's never in any lasting pain it seems (I hope). Luckily the reflux doesn't interfere too much with his eating, and as of yesterday he's 9 lbs 6 oz (up from 6 lbs 10.6 oz at birth).
Breastfeeding is going pretty good, finally, after a very slow start. I had to get him used to me after the IV, feeding tube, bottle and pacifier. Thought about giving up many times, but was spurred on by small improvements every couple of days. He finally figured out a latch at about one month old, and so now I'm primarily (95%) breastfeeding and working on increasing my supply. That means he nurses about every two hours (for a half hour or so) so sleep is fleeting at best (as is just about everything else)!
