Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Alright, here I go:
Breakfast: Two pieces wheat whole grain toast with pb and grap jelly, glass of skim milk
coffee
Morning Snack: Chobani lemon greek yogurt and a donut (I couldn't resist)
Pre-lunch: banana
Lunch: 1 cup broccoli w/1 cup creamy pasta with grilled ticket (restauran left overs)
Afternoon snack: 1 cup green grapes and strawberries
Dinner: 1 red vine licorce, grilled filet mignon w/A1 sauce, corn on the cob, 3 pieces watermelon
Dessert: 1/8 piece of angel food cake w/1/2 cup cool whip and strawberries

Breakfast - multigrain toast with peanut butter
Lunch - "cool wrap" (chicken and lettuce) from Chick-Fil-A with fries
Lunch dessert - Hostess cupcake
Dinner - penne with meat sauce and slice of French bread (after my first plate of the same thing fell on the floor and in the dog's bed)
Dessert - Hostess cupcake (yes, two in one day!)
Snack - half of a single serving of yogurt (I didn't like it so I threw the rest away)
So, yeah, fries and two cupcakes...I'd say it wasn't such a great day
