Need recs for wedding coordinator for day of wedding only

I know I can post this on the Knot but I wanted to check her first since this is my main board. I have a friend who is thinking of hiring a wedding coordinator for the day of the wedding only. They would help to coordinate the schedule, make sure the vendors are there, serve as a central point of contact, etc.

Does anyone have any recommendations on someone who offers these services? Also, do you know what one would expect to pay to have someone fulfill this role? She'll probably need someone for about 6 hours or so.

My old boss, Kawania, now has a wedding coordinator service. She's fabulous. Her website has her contact information. Her day-of fee is $1300. I have no idea where that falls in the range of prices.

It was almost 4 years ago, but I used Teresa Lee when she was just starting out. She now does it full time and has her own business. I hired her about 3 weeks before my wedding for DOC and she was fantastic. My appendix burst only a few days after I hired her and she was so so helpful in finalizing last minute details and confirming vendors (which was all part of the day of coordination). I think I paid about $1000 for 7am-9pm ish and she was at the rehearsal and did a bunch of small things the week/days before the wedding. I'm sure her prices have gone up since then, but it was SO worth it! I always say the DOC was the best wedding decision and money we spent.

This fee includes a timeline of events (provided to venue and all vendors), orchestration of rehearsal, and unlimited hours on the wedding day to include any setup (favors, menus, programs, and such).
