Some of you may remember I posted a few weeks ago about having a hard time cooking and meal planning.
I have done wonderful the last 2 weeks. I have used so much stuff out of my cabinets that has been in there for way to long. I have saved money, and I don't feel as stressed about what's for supper each night. I know what I am cooking ahead of time, and I have been doing little things in the mornings to make it easier. I am pretty proud of myself and I have also done better with my eating habits because of it. As of this morning I have lost 4lbs in 2 weeks. I think it is all because I am not impluse eating. I have brought small portions for lunch each day, and only ate out on last Friday which is when our whole office goes to lunch.

Rock on. Sadly I don't think I have enough food in my cabinets to last me that long. I can't seem to buy food in big batches. I have to buy a little every week or else it goes bad. I wish I could though. It would be nice.
