Verizon Center Restaurant Recs
I know this has been asked many times but I tried the search feature...and, well, you know...
We are going to be at the Verizon Center Friday night and need a restaurant rec for somewhere near by. I imagine we will be there somewhere between 5:30 and 6:00 pm.

for more upscale, we like jaleo and zola is on my list to go to soon
for cheaper, more kid-friendly i'd say nando's or vapiano
It will be just a friend and I and we will be wearing casual Friday clothes..most likely jeans.
I know this is a major chain, but for those things, I'd go with Clyde's or maybe Matchbox (only if you can get a reservation because they'll be packed). If you want to drink I'd consider Jaleo, but it is a little bit nicer/ more expensive. There's also a Las Tapas if you want to go middle of the road.

My friend and I are going to Jaleo. I haven't ate at Red Line yet, but the menu looks good and I have been there to drink and liked the space. There is also Fado.
Jaleo is yummy.
Zaytinya is fun. I haven't been to Matchbox but it is always highly recommended.
