Carmen

I know you make a lot of cheesecakes, so I have a question for you :)

I have a recipe I use when I make cheesecake, but I would like to double the recipe to make a tall or thick cheesecake.  Will this work?  And do you think it would spill over the edges at all?

Re: Carmen

  • If you want to make it tall I would just do the filling two times and put one on top of each other. Bake them seperately though. With cheesecakes the filling is SOO tempermental you do not want to mess with it too much.
