Hope you're all ok! So far, my family and friends are ok, but round 2 just hit western MA, and I'm waiting to hear from everyone. The first cloud went right down my friend's street, but no one was hurt, thank god.
Thinking of you!
(Didn't mean to ignore the rest of us in the tornado's path - just was super focused on western MA when I typed this, but I knew at least a couple of you are in the Worcester area. Hope you/your loved ones are ok!)
Warning
No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml

Hey, I'm okay. It got scary for a while the weather would die down and get quiet and then we'd get hit again. So 3 times, but Springfield/Westfield got hit really bad. I feel terrible.
Hoping this is finally over and we just have some regular thunderstorms tonight.
Glad you're ok! I've been watching the news, and it was so terrifying. The footage of the funnel by the Memorial Bridge was just horrifying.
My mom's office is right downtown, and it turns out the first tornado went right along the route she'd driven home not 20 minutes earlier. I couldn't stop shaking when I heard that. So scary.
Hope everyone else is ok, too!
Getting fit for IVF!
And here's video footage of the tornado as it reached the river in Springfield. I can't even tell you how many times I've driven over that bridge - literally thousands of times in my life. So terrifying.
Glad your moms ok, I heard a lot of offices are closed in springfield for the rest of the week because of all the damage.
DH drives over that bridge everyday when he's heading home from work. Thankfully he had left early yesterday. That videos insane though!
Erica- I saw that video on the news this morning. It's astounding!!
I'm glad all of our nesties and your family and friends are safe so far!!

My high school got hit pretty badly - the roof got torn off in places, the windows got blown out, and a wall collapsed. My good friend lives right up the street from there, as does her sister-in-law. They're fine, and their houses are fine, but some of the houses on her sister-in-law's street didn't fare so well. SIL hasn't even been able to get home to see what the damage is, because the streets have been closed off.
The photos/videos are just surreal. I just thank god for Facebook, because I've been able to track down almost everyone that way. I have serveral friends who are police officers in Springfield, and who have been on duty since this hit. I can't stop thinking about them (and all the emergency workers), because this sort of thing makes people behave crazily.
But I'm really glad everyone here is ok!
