So I'm counting calories again via SparkPeople... My friend got a new job, so she wants to go to Brucci's for $1 Slices & Draughts to celebrate. I just calculated exactly how many beers I can have tonight & stay in my calories. Embarrassed

1. We totally bought the baby an outfit that goes with the stroller and carseat we registered for.

2. We may just be calling this kid Baby until he's born. We cannot seem to come up with a name that we both love.

3. I hate making guest lists for anything. I always end up regretting some of the decisions I make.

I took a pregnancy test Tuesday morning. Rational me knew I wasn't pg, irrational me thought that b/c my boobs are huge and sore that maybe I was. It didn't help that DH commented on my boobs looking bigger and asked if I was pg. I'm not.

I hate our bedroom furniture because none of it matches. I bought paint to re-finish it a year ago & still haven't done it.

I swear I'm doing it this weekend though.

I had to do it this week too. FWIW, I'm pretty sure mine was completely allergy/sinus related.

At least you can contain yourself and your germs by closing a door. I work in a sea of cubicles. Our germs are just out there for the taking. I hope you feel better.

I "worked from home yesterday" which really equaled me running around town spending way too much money getting ready for vacation. Today I'm "at work" but really just planning on doing enough to help the day go by quickly.

I am dreading having MIL in town next weekend for my shower. We are not close but since I got pregnant she is all up in my business and seems to have an opinion on everything. I know I should be grateful she is bringing presents but I just don't want her here.

I thought of another one. My best friend's (same one) mom hit the crap out of my car this weekend backing out of her driveway. My car is over 10 years old and only worth about $3000 so I was really hoping it would be totaled and I could put the money towards a down payment on a new car. Well, I found out this morning it's not totaled. I'm really bummed about it, so bummed that when I talked to my dad about it I cried a little.

When someone writes me at work asking for a form that they 'can't download' from our site, I just attach it and send without a message. I don't understand what is so damn hard about downloading a word document. I realize this is kind of stupid and immature since they probably don't care that I didn't also send a polite note with it, but it makes me feel a tiny bit better.
