Re: Thankful Thursday?
I'm very thankful that FIL could change the brakes in my car so we only had to pay $80 for parts rather than hundreds for parts and labor.
My dad's sister is in hospice after at least 10 years of living almost entirely secluded due to various insecurities and anxieties she could never bring herself to work on. Now that she's in hospice she's letting us visit. And although it's hard to try to visit with almost no relationship at this point, I'm thankful she's realzing she wants her family around her now. In addition, it's also deepend my thankfulness for mental and physical health and amazing friends and family.

I'm thankful that when my Check Engine light came on and we took my car to the dealership, it ended up being part of a new recall. So, my car got a whole new computer system for free...score!
I'm thankful that my family is happy and healthy and that we all have our jobs. I work in a field where I see people lose everything every day, and it can be very scary and eye opening.
