what is wrong with me?
i ate a bowl of oatmeal with blueberries for breafkast, a cup of coffee with skim milk and some feta cheese cucumber onion salad on pita (i made myself) for lunch. i now feel like i am going to be sick to the point where i have the garbage can next to me and closed my door. could food issues set in this fast? nothing was old and/or bad.

Things like food poisoning can take several days to hit, so it could be something from a few days ago even. DH, my sister and I all got sidelined by some bad food at a party last summer. Party was Saturday at lunch, I got sick in the middle of Sunday night, DH about 12 hours after me and my sister about 12 hours after that. It can take up to 5 days I think.
Whatever it is I hope you feel better soon!!

Are you by any chance lactose intolerant? DH is borderline, and the combo of milk in his coffee and feta cheese would definitely make him feel crappy.

My friend just got over a nasty flu bug where she was nauseated/vomiting for a few days. So for your sake, I hope it's not that, but she said it was going around!
