Please give me a good banana bread recipe!
I feel like I always have mushy bananas on hand, but every recipe I try for banana bread never turns out well. The last one I tried was really dry. Does anyone have any good recipes they want to share?

I love this one....
1 c sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
3 mashed bananas
1/2 c shortening (I have also replaced this with mayo and yum!)
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 c nuts
Bake at 300 for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
This one was great.... we ate it all in like 3 days which is unheard of for us.
