I agree.  I want to see that HBO movie made about him, but haven't had a chance to yet.

Agree! I attended my first public rally for him, I was probably in jr. high and I went with my dad in downtown RO. RIP Dr. Jack!

  • I saw him in person many years ago when I worked at Oakland County Courts in Pontiac.  He was being led through in handcuffs. It made me sad. He looked so old and small.

  • RIP Jack

Random story -- When I was younger I carried a picture of my dad in my wallet and a Rite Aid worker asked me why I carried a picture of Jack Kevorkian in my wallet.  I told him it was my dad and he said "Jack Kevorkian is Your Dad?!?!?"

Yep, my dad was way older and did actually resemble him...a little. It made me  laugh, and still makes me smile to remember the look on that guy's face.

I agree he was a very interesting person regardless of one's views on the assisted suicide subject.

I saw the movie. It was decent, but a bit weird to see Hollywood's/outside perception of what we witnessed right here in metro Detroit.
