We came home this evening and found a notice stuck to our door, addressed to someone who doesn't live here (I'm assuming she did at some point--we rent). It gave the name and number for this person to call. I called to tell them this wasn't the correct address, but he kept asking for my name and the connection was breaking up so the call dropped.
Is there anything I should do? Can this cause us any problems?

This has happened to us too! They made DH shoe his id to prove he wasn't the guy they were looking for... so a follow up call and returning the notice to sender might prevent this middle of the night visit...
Lmao. This would be a unique lawyering technique.
But omg I would be PISSED if this happened to us!! Holy cr@p!
ETA: I love that TN thinks cr@p is an email address...
