Does anyone have any suggestions for which book we should read for June?

It was REALLY good.  I think it's one of those books that changes you a tiny bit forever.  I will probably always remember it.  There are some books that I read and instantly forget and this was NOT one of those.  It was a powerful book that was so beautifully written.  The character descriptions are amazing.  I give it two HUGE thumbs up.

I'm also really enjoying the book I'm currently reading called Saving CeeCee Honeycutt.

Up next in my line up are Bossypants and Hunger Games.  (VERYdifferent styles, hah.)

  • "Those who save us" by Jenna Blum

    Loved it!

Ooh that sounds good too.  I might read a couple non-WW II/ Nazis/ concentration camp books before reading that one though.  That stuff gets heav-y!

I just read a book like that too....The Same Kind of Different as Me.  It was the book I read right after Two Kisses for Maddy, and they are both kind of about losing a loved one.  I was still feeling the loss in Two Kisses, which kind of doubled when I started reading the other one.  I had to take a 2-3 day break before I finished the last 20 pages.  I definitely should have read a light heated book before I jumped into another heavy one!

You will love Hunger Games and Bossypants!!  Both are AWESOME!

Ooh that one looks good too!!  *adds to my always growing list*

I made the mistake of bringing The Pact and My Sister's Keeper on our honeymoon.  Those are NOT light beachy reads!  Oops!
