Five Things Friday
1. I've been loving this nice weather we've been having the last few days.
2. The jack-wads that live two doors down are always burning random crap in their backyard and the smoke blows into our house, so yesterday I called the police on them.
3. We went up north for the weekend a couple weeks ago and had a good time, but now it really has me wishing we could spend an entire week up there this summer. Most likely this won't happen though because DH doesn't wants to save up his time off for when the baby comes.
4. I'm thinking maybe I'll try to convince him to just take a few days off unpaid so we can go 
5. I'm really enjoying "So You Think You Can Dance" this season.

Re: Five Things Friday
1) I'm stressing out over a boy name for our baby (majority of you agree it will be a boy). I NEED HELP!
2) My allergies are killing me, people walk in and think I have been crying, but it's just my eyes watering
3) My feet are so swollen I look like Barney Rubble
4) Last night Brendan melted my heart - he told me I was the best mommy in the whole world and then when I told him he was the best son he said "Thank you Mommy, that makes me happy"
5) I'm loving this nice weather!
1. DD was such a crab a$$ for the first couple months and now she's mellowed out and I think she's the best
2. When staff at her daycare say she's so cute, I wonder if they say that to all the babies.
3. I need to go shopping for work clothes but have a hard time finding good stuff that fits.
4. I have a client who is a land developer and is developing an island in the Caribbean and I wish I was rich and could buy a lot.
5. I love Starbucks.
1. I want my protein shake real bad but can't open it one handed. Edit: I did it!!!!
2. I'm going to lunch with my moms group today.
3. I am really forgetful.
4. I repainted my nails and toes and feel much better now.
5. I told my mom she and my dad should take the whole family on vacation for Christmas...I think she liked the idea.
My Happy House
1. My left eye is driving me crazy! I'm so glad I have an eye appointment tomorrow - but part of me is scared it's something more than needing a stronger rx.
2. Jason & I went to Toys R Us last night to get a pool for Dayne and ended up having more fun picking out toys than he did. He slept through the whole thing only to wake up and see a dinosaur sitting next to him.
3. It was fun to watch Jason go up and down the boy aisles and relive his childhood - it's a nice change for us both to buy boy toys. It seems all our friends have girls.
4. I'm hungry - I have leftover pasta from dinner last night for lunch. It's not going to be enough to fill me up.
5. Our two year anniversary is on Monday - I think we're going to get Chinese for dinner. Our first anniversary was spent up north and we cooked over the fire for our first anniversary dinner. Dayne is also an awesome souvenir from that trip as well.
1. DH told me at 7am that he had invited his coworkers over for poker tonight.
2. Now i have to run home after work, clean the house and try to come up with something for these guys to snack on. All I have are "diet friendly" snacks, and I don't feel like that is very cohesive with what they have in mind for poker night, lol
3. One of my good friends ended up in the ER yesterday and had to have an emergency appendectomy! She's okay though! The surgery went great!
4. I'm definitely looking forward to this weekend!
5. I'm excited to see my brother! I haven't seen him since January!

1. My cat woke me up at 5:15 this moring licking the wall. He is so smart. Smrt smart.
2. I fell back to sleep in time for my alarm to go off at 5:40 so I could go for a run.
3. I may fall asleep by 9pm because of 1 & 2.
4. I usually pass, but tonight I think I will have a glass of wine when it is offered to me at my hair cut.
5. My boss always says something annoying/stupid,etc. But when I started to write the blog, I couldn't think of anything. They are slowly coming back to me. I think I mentally block his jackassery.
1. I forced myself to go to the gym last night to trying running again. I wanted to give up after .25 mile. I stuck with it and ran 1.25 miles. I never thought I could run a mile the 1st two times...silly, I know.
2. My face looked like a tomato after the run. lol
3. I worked 3 days this week, and not sure how I'll manage going back to 5 days next week.
4. I'm really hungry.
5. I am renaming my dogs to Stinkerbell & Pig-Pen.
1. Keith and I are going out for sushi tonight. Can't wait!
2. I just ordered tix to see Toby Keith and Eric Church at DTE... I am kind of in love with Eric Church...
3. We looked at our calendars last night to figure out which weekends we could go up north to the cabin and there were only like 3 or 4.. that makes me really sad... these showers and other wedding events are really ruining cabin time
4. I need to go running but really don't feel like it.
5. I hand-washed our Mustang the other day (during work hours - shhhh) and it looks awesome if I do say so myself. So I need to find an excuse to go out this afternoon so I can drive it with the top down!!

1. I am less than a week from being done teaching piano lessons to about half of my students. I'll miss my students, but I'm realizing how incredibly nice it will be to have a couple evenings free every week.
2. I really hope my boss is able to convince the big bosses that I should be able to work from home later on in my pregnancy.
3. I hate being micro-managed.
4. I need to repaint my toenails. I can reach them just fine, I'm just lazy.
5. I feel like a bad wife sometimes because I don't thrive on cooking for DH like all the other women in my family do. I cook when I have the time and energy.
1. I am only going to a baby shower this weekend to get out of the house while DH finishes the floor in the kitchen. I hardly know the girl (IL's neighbors DIL) and I had bought a gift intending to decline. But I figured I can get out of the house while DH works and enjoy a free lunch.
2. We are taking advantage of all the extra trash pick-ups (because of flooding) to get rid of a lot of trash from our kitchen remodel.
3. I think DH is taking his sweet-a$s time working on the kitchen and he'd better kick his butt into gear soon -- or I'll call a contractor.
4. I am in a wedding and the bride went out and bought us all matching shoes and bracelets. I asked her how much I owed her, expecting her to tell us not to worry about it (that is the proper etiquette, right?). She gave me a dollar amount. I guess I can get on board with the shoes, but the bracelet? SERIOUSLY??
5. I attended the city hall meeting last night and it was packed and I was stuck standing for 2+ hours. I really wanted to sit and got annoyed that no one offered the pregnant lady their seat. I would have declined if someone had offered their seat, but it would have made me feel a little better.
1.) I'm so proud of my brother graduating from high school tomorrow...with honors no less!!
2.) I'm looking forward to participating in Relay for Life tomorrow because I feel like I'm playing my part in community service.
3.) I'm not looking forward to getting little to no sleep tomorrow night because of Relay. It really sucks all the life out of me and therefore I will be useless on Sunday.
4.) I played golf three times this week...go me! I still suck though.
5.) I really need to buy new golf clubs and take lessons if I want to get any better.
1. Moving away from my 'normal' life has been the best thing for me so far.
2. I struggle getting my 3 year old to learn his numbers and letters- any suggestions?
3. My to do list is a mile long and all I'm doing is finding ways to procrastinate.
4. I really want to join a moms group/play group but drag my feet in doing so because I just don't know which one to join.
5. I need to find a vet, desparately. Our dog is on medication for his skin issues (aka itching beyond crazy) and we have 1 dose left- which we're holding out giving to him because it will give us a day or so break of him being obnoxious with his itches until we find one. (Any recommendations?)

Boy names are harder than girl names! We're stuck on a second boy name in case we have two boys. At this point, Baby B will be Spartacus.
1. DH is opening the pool right.now!
2. I caught MIL in another lie...again
3. I am enjoying garlic crescents stuffed with chicken and cheese. Totally bad for you, but I don't care
4. I haven't been to Meijer's in about a month, so I am making up a list of items we need
5. DS sat up for 6 seconds last night, before falling forward. This is much better than the 2 seconds I have been getting out of him all week.
1. one of my clients wrote a super nice note about me and sent it to my boss...it literally made me tear up and my entire work got an email with the letter in it..it was nice b.c I feel so under appreciated
2, I have received 6 fb messages from people asking wedding advice...non of which are my clients or even past clients..not a big deal, it just can be a little much sometimes
3. I'm so happy it's Friday...totally thought it was Thursday when I work up today hahaah
4. my neighb now might not be back until tomorrow, we found out BY asking HIM when he would be back today last night via text so we could plan our night tonight...I don't understand the logic. love their dog, but 6 days I feel like is a lot to ask-when we are also watching my bro's dog for 3 months
5. I feel so happy and lucky H has such an amazing job -it's the perfect fit for him, but I still am on total crazy mode thinking we are just on my income, I need to chill out
1. Our condo is on the market. They had one showing within 12 hours of it being listed, I'll take that as a good sign.
2. I've been trying to clean my house today, my child is making it quite difficult.
3. Molly's siggy picture makes my uterus hurt.
4. I just ate a peanut butter and jeally sandwich. It was yummy.
5. DH has a new schedule at work and I don't like it. He now gets every other Friday off, but has less freedom with how he splits up his hours. He has been coming home 1.5 - 2 hours later every night because of it.
1. I really need to get a pedicure, but am trying to hold off as long as I can so my feet look nice when I am in labor. Stupid, I know, but if some random is holding one of them, I don't want them thinking "ew".
2. I have been working until at least 11 every night this week which is causing me to super wired by the time I go to bed and sleep like crap as a result.
3. If the weather would stay like this for the rest of the summer it would be perfection.
4. I love yellow begonias.
5. The war against the chipmunks and squirrels and my potted plants has begun and this year I want to win somehow.
DS was the same way the first 7 weeks, life was so much better after he mellowed out! I even had to make a note of it, so we know what to expect with the next one.
Everyone I talked to admitted that babies are crabby butts for the first 2-3 months, yet no one bothered to fill me in???
1. There is a guy at my house powerwashing our deck at this moment. I can't wait for new stain.
2. Trying to get my Mom, sister and I together for a pedicure before this baby comes is near impossible.
3. We got our new patio furniture and put it together last night. Looks good. New problem, our old deck box won't fit all the cushions. Ugh.
4. I am going to try hard to keep my flowers looking really great this year by watering and miracle growing them regularly. I usually start off good and then slack and they look like crap.
5. I think DH is nesting too. He hasn't been to resistant of my slave driving lately.

I don't know about everyone else but I used those sock with a grip they give you when you "check in" to the hospital - they go with the gown.
My feet were covered the entire time I was there - no one saw my pretty toes.
I was all excited because I had a pedicure done before I went into labor, and they covered up my feet with some ugly socks
Although it was about 10 degrees outside, so my feet were cold. And then I couldn't move for about 2 days, so they stayed put!
Last time around we were set on the boy's name and the girl's name was much more difficult. This time we went w/ the same girl name as last time and the boy name is proving to be more difficult. My #2 boy's name from last night will probalby be this boy's name.
I don't think they even offered me socks. Jerks.
