Cleaning walls...

We just moved into a house and I want to clean the walls.

What is the best way to clean them or best product?

Re: Cleaning walls...

  • For spots that are stained, try the Magic Eraser. That thing has gotten so much off the walls for me.

Just don't scrub too hard because you could remove some paint.

  • The Magic Eraser works great on walls and like PP said, dont rub too hard because it can damage the walls and it wastes the sponge a lot faster.

  • When I was putting my house on the market (and thus had to clean off four years of bachelor from before DH and I got married) and I used TSP. You gotta make sure you do it according to the directions otherwise you'll streak the walls (aka PITA!) but oh man did it work!!! I found it at Lowe's or Home Depot
