Oh man, well:
Breakfast: 2 pieces whole grain wheat toast w/pb & jelly; glass skim milk
Coffee
Morning snack: slice pumpkin bread and grande non-fat iced chai from Starbucks (I forgot my usual yogurt, dang!)
Lunch: Leftovers: 1.5 enchiladas, 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup bell peppers, salsa
Snack: 1 cup watermelon
Dinner: This was a doozy. I forgot to thaw meat; I figured we'd use a GC we have that expires next wk at a bar. DH says he doesn't want to go to a bar; we debate and decide to walk to pizza place that also sells pizza by the slice. Usually there are 12+ pizza types to choose from, last night there were only 3, and they all had mushrooms which we hate. So we end up going to a bar and spending $40. Ugh. Lesson: always have a pre-planned meal!!
Anywho, I ate 8 buffalo wings; several pieces of carrots and celery (maybe 7 total?), 1/2 cup tator tots and prob 1.5 tbsp ranch dressing; and a 312/beer to wash it all down
No dessert, I was stuffed from dinner

I was bad, stupid office birthday parties! The "food cube" is right next to me. I need more self control.
Breakfast - granola + rice milk
Snack (I guess you can call it that) - Donut (it was apple strudel flavored, o.m.g.), mini cupcake, strawberries, kiwi pieces, a gazillion tortilla chips with my coworkers AMAZING homemade salsa
Lunch - Salad w radishes and green onions and a little italian dressing, a couple leftover lasagna rolls. I wasn't too hungry but I forced myself to eat it because I knew I wouldnt get dinner until around 8.
Snack - Bunny crackers
Exercise - Yoga for an hour, my "abs and arms" routine on wii EA active (approx 150 calories burned).
Dinner - Quesadilla w cheese, green onions, tofu and a little salsa.
Drinks - Water all day

I've just thrown the diet out the door this week...
Breakfast: A toasted coconut vanilla yogurt... pretty gross but we bought them so I'm forcing myself to eat them.
Snack: A pack of cracker sticks and cheese
Lunch: A ham and cheese sandwich on white bread and chips & salsa
Dinner: I didn't feel like cooking after failing at the bday gift idea I had for my Dad, so we went to the chinese buffet and I pretty much ate my weight in food...and I don't even really like chinese food lol. Bad news bears.
No evening snack because I was so full I thought I was going to explode.
I drank diet coke in the morning and water throughout the rest of the day.

Breakfast: Work had a breakfast pot luck for the boss it was her bday, so I showed up can't say no to not having to cook my own breakfast. so I had a big spoon full of eggs and ham, a homemade lemon poppy scone, a piece of homemade coffee cake and a glass of Grape juice
Lunch: didn't have anything today so full from breakfast
snack: lemon poppy scone! they were so good!!
Dinner: Hawaiian Pizza i had been craving one for about a week now, i had 3 slices ( but they were little ) and 3 cheese sticks and 5 little deep fried mac and cheese things, never had them before but the guy who owns the pizza shop next to my work tossed them in with the cheese sticks.
Snack: 2 pieces of a chile chocolate bar and a glass of Red wine.
I had water all day, and a coke with my afternoon snack.
Breakfast: bowl of cereal
Snack: four strawberries
Lunch: toasted turkey sandwich from Subway (they have avocado right now!)
Dinner: veggie platter at Luby's (my husband thought we should be an old couple and go to Luby's before we went to the hospital for our class - ha!)
Dessert: cupcake that was delicious!
Drinks: water all day...that's it...as usual...

Lunch: I wasn't hungry at all for some reason.. so I skipped it eeeek!
Snack: cherries.. so frikkin yummy!!
Dinner: oh man.. my momma's homemade baked mac n cheese. I only had about 1.5 cup but still!
No dessert.
Stuck to water again. Bleh.

Breakfast: cinnamon rasin bagel thin with strawberry cream cheese
Snack: PB toasty crackers
Lunch: salad with french and small pepperoni and sausage pizza
Dinner: 10 boneless wings from BWW and potato wedges with salt and vingear rub- YUMMY!
