anyone following the casey anthony trial?
i heard her defense will be that caylee drowned in the pool and she didn't go to authorities because she is messed up from having been molested by her dad and brother. what do you think of her new defense?
Me:39 Dx LPD, Fibroid, AMA and all that goes with that. H:37 Dx low motility and low morphology. TTC since 3/12. Clomid 8/12 and 9/12: BFN. 11/12 on a break for Myomectomy sched. 11/26. Resume TTC early 2013.

Exactly - that's basically their defense, you've got it right. The defense is that she's a pathological liar & had spun all these webs of lies about her daughter's death...all b/c she is mentally unstable b/c of childhd abuse by her father & brother, which they deny AND this is the 1st anyone has heard of any such allegations since this has been going on for what 2yrs or so now!
But isn't that defense a "catch 22"? -
Okay, so the jury should believe her b/c she admited that she's a liar... ummmm, let's see here....is she lying about being a liar too? LOL. Or is she a liar that is telling the truth about being a pathological liar....i think you see where i'm going with this....
IMO - that defense is a joke, they are really reaching on that one....Either way, she knew her daughter was dead (whether accidental (which i highly doubt) OR she had someone do it OR she killed her herself) & proceeded to lie about it to EVERYONE and partied her a$$ off as a free woman until people started getting suspicious& she was arrested.
Now she's trying to point the finger @ any & everyone she can....to throw some bodies under the bus.....and see what people/jury are willing to believe. I call bull$it - her stor(ies) have changed so many times it's ridiculous...

Ugh, I wish I didn't hear about it so much. Our local news channel broadcasts the trial for most of the day, and the t.v.'s at my school have it on all the time. It's recapped on all the local stations as well.
Honestly, I think she did it. The defense's case is a farce.
I am most definitely following it although I wasn't able to the past week while in Key West. I believe she most definitely did it and don't believe a word that comes out of her mouth and feel absolutely horrible for her parents being dragged into all this. She absolutely disgusts me and look forward to the day she gets a guilty verdict and gets the death plenty.
If you youtube the states and defenses opening statement you will pretty much get the last 2 weeks of trial wrapped into about 3 hours... its long but definitely worth listening to.
First weight loss goal - 40lbs... DONE! Second weight loss goal - 17lbs...
