So DH and I just had quite the argument/talk about his job situation. He currently hates his job, but is staying because he is the one with insurance, and he really hasn't gotten too motivated to actually look for a job. I am frustrated because I have trying to be helpful and help him look for jobs but everything I find he shoots down. So I am looking to see if anyone has any job ideas for me. His background is in Psychology, he has been a counselor at a group home/day treatment center for kids with various emotional/behavioral disorders, autism spectrum and the like. he has been doing that for almost 5 years, and is looking to get out of the direct care human services type field - he is pretty much burned out. Looking for thoughts on what else you can do with a BS in Psychology and that background, besides direct care. Any thoughts would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Re: XP: Job Help for DH
Sounds like he doesn't know what kind of job he would like. Maybe he should try something completely different.
Let him do the job search. It's really annoying when people try to help, even with good intentions.
