Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Parking in Old Town Alexandria
I am spending the night on Friday at the Hotel Monaco on King Street, and would like to avoid paying $24 to park in their garage. I am not terribly familiar with Alexandria- are there any garages or is street parking for overnight available around the hotel?
Also- anyone been to Vermillion? It is a girls night that I am going for, and one of my friends made reseravations there for dinner.

You're in luck... you can park for free for 24 hours! Check out the parking info from the city.
And Vermillion is wonderful. The drinks are creative and the food is tasty. I'd probably do a bunch of apps between everyone rather than a big meal, b/c the entrees can get pricey. Plus, then you can try lots of fun things :-0
