I had a shirt made for him. He'll wear it on his birthday as well, so I'll get some pics of him in it.

I didn't realize his party was this weekend! Glad everything turned out good and the weather held out! I am worried about crabbiness at M's party too. Two questions that you might have answered before, 1. what time did you do his party, 2. did you open gifts before or after the smash cake?
The party started at 1pm and most people left by 4pm. We did gifts after the smash cake. But again, smash cake = fail, so it didn't take a lot of time. Plus it was at our house so we were going to throw him in the bath real quick after the cake too. If you aren't going to be at home I would do presents first.
