I normally don't like to post things like this because the magnitude of the sadness is so big. This just hit so close to home as this happened to a family friend and it really made me realize how life can change in just a split second. Toni was 28 years old, a happily married mommy of a 3 year-year old little girl named Mia and expecting her 2nd baby next week. She was about a mile from home Wednesday night when she was hit head on by an alleged distracted driver who swerved into her lane. Sadly, neither she or her baby boy survived the accident. My heart is breaking for this whole family, especially for Toni's husband and daughter. What was supposed to be an incredibly happy time in her life turned into such a tragedy. Every day when I get into my car, I think of Toni and I'm reminded of how serious distracted driving is. Her story is a reminder to take a second to slow down, be in the moment, and appreciate the life you've been given. http://philadelphia.cbslocal.com/2011/06/02/pregnant-mother-unborn-baby-die-after-gloucester-county-car-accident/

Re: A Tragic Reminder...
I'll be thinking of you.
Having experienced a close-hitting tragedy this week, as well - I can't echo your sentiments loudly enough. Enjoy life - it can end so fast, and too soon.
I'm so sorry for your loss. that's heartbreaking.
