Do you dare - WDYE Sunday?

My Sunday was super-chaotic; we hosted the big bridal shower! Since I was running around, I kind of just ate here and there.

7am: 1/2 banana, coffee

11am-1p:  less than 1/8 pie sized-slice of spinach, ham, cheddar quiche, 1/4 cup cheesy potates, half cupcake, few cucumber slices, glass of champagne, water

2:30pm: 1/8 pie sized-slice of spinach, ham, cheddar quiche, few strawberries

6:30pm: 5oz grilled chicken w/Hawaiian marinade; 1 cup cheesey potatoes, 1 cup steamed broccoli

later: red-velvet cupcake

Ugh, I was hoping to avoid this today lol but here goes...

Breakfast:  2 hashbrowns w/ketchup and a sausage & cheese english muffin.  (My older brother once told me greasy food helps hangovers so that was my justification for this Stick out tongue

Lunch: 1 cup of fruity pebbles with 1/2 cup skim milk.

Dinner:  A chicken breast with brown sugar & bourbon marinade, baked beans, and kraft mac n' cheese

Snack (or what should be called 2nd dinner):  1 pepperoni lean pocket and a bunch of BBQ chips

I'm pretty sure what I ate for breakfast alone was all the calories I should have ate for the day lol but oh well, I was hung over and stayed in my pajamas until 5pm, so I guess it could have been worse?...today's a new day

  • This isn't nearly as bad as it could have been lol

Breakfast - skipped because I was too busy playing with the kiddos and chatting with my fam.

Lunch - 2 grilled chicken breasts

Dessert - 1 small piece of ice cream cake that was so delicious!!

Dinner on the road - 1 order (6) plain breadsticks from pizza hut with marinara dipping sauce

    I drank gatorade all day.

  • Breakfast - iced latte from Dunks, with a bagel & cream cheese (though I never use even half the cream cheese in those packets they give you)

Lunch- we were at Fenway, so it's extra bad, heh.  Two Fenway franks and a pretzel. And, umm, 5 Harps. (Though they use smaller cups now, so it could have been way worse.)

Dinner - chicken strips and french fries, and another beer. But I ate like 2 strips total and a handful of french fries, because I wasn't very hungry. Probably because of the beer.

No snacks, and lots of water, (to counteract the beer).

We noticed that Wrigley is doing that this season also, but the price went up $0.50! Lol.  Luckily the beer guys who walk around still have the big cans.  What's the price for a beer there?
  • Hannah, I'm pretty sure the price went up here, too.  It was $8.50 for the premium drafts (Harp/Guiness/Smithwicks). No idea what the Bud/Coors cups were, but I'd guess somewhere in the $7.50/$8 range.  And there aren't any beer guys walking around at Fenway, except in the box sections.  It sucks.

We noticed it at Camden Yards too.  We used to be able to get a 16oz draft beer (BudLight/Coorslight) for $6.50 a piece but this year they are 12oz and they are $7.  We love drinking at games but hate thinking that at home we could almost buy a 30 pack of beer for what it costs us for 2 beers at the game.  Camden Yards also doesn't allow tailgating which is BS.
