Monday Moans
Well....i guess my biggest moan is that I'm working this whole weekend and then on call all next week and next weekend. YUCK!
Otherwise, you know, just the normal. Bills, a house that will never be finished, being super jealous of Ashley's gorgeous house, missing my dad, etc.
But that's just normal life

No real big moan from me. Just the usual.
My moan is "Screw research methods". I should have taken the summer off and just done things that needed to get done around the house instead of doing this internship and class. (I know it's gonna pay off in the end, but having to read and write SO MUCH every day is starting to get to me.)
Also, damn my MIL for letting her make me feel guilty about getting some work done while at their house yesterday. I explained to her LAST WEEK that the only way we were coming is if I was able to bring homework and get it done, since we'd be spending 4 hours in the car going to/coming back form their house, and she said it was fine THEN gave me dirty looks when I sat there reading my assignments for the week. It wasn't even that I was being anti-social; I participated in conversation when we were eating, it was just while J was helping her set up and tear down that I did work. Grr. Now I'm way behind on work and will have to do it at MY parent's house this weekend if I can't get it done, and pregnant ladies are not cut out for pulling all-nighters. I am exhausted from getting so little sleep the last few days trying to get this work done, and really just don't want to bring work to my parent's since ALL my grandparents will be there and I probably won't get to see them again until the baby comes.
Sorry I just hijacked MM with my rant. Please forgive and also, have a cookie if you actually read it all.
I'm exhausted and just want to sleep. I was up till 4:30am with my son because he wouldn't sleep. I didn't want to wake DH because he has this big interview thingy for the navy. So I slept my two hours on the couch.
Ashley has an incredible house and I'm jealous. It will still be a while till we get one, but we so desperately want a house with that amount of land and quietness. Oh and the porch. lol.
I must say I'm glad we have the 200 pushup challenge and work has the walking challenge. I'm getting disgusted with my lazy butt. I need motivation.
I'm dealing with horrible allergies that allegra is barely taking care of (usually works great for me... but they were horrible all vacation!)
I have to go back to work today (and can't decide what to wear) after being on vacation for two weeks!! I *think* monday is also casual day during the summers, but I am not sure. Guess I better dress up a little just in case!!
Ugh. My moan is that our apartment complex "randomly selected our apartment to be measured by a new flooring vendor to assist on-going complex improvements" and they informed us that we don't need to be here when they come, they'll just let themselves in.
Needless to say I'm not cool with this, and technically they can't let themselves in for this purpose according to the lease...but it's too late for me to be a b!itch and tell them to pick another apartment, so I'm sitting here waiting for them to arrive with the property manager to take their stupid measurements. I refuse to have these strange people in my apartment without anyone home. Next time though, I am going to tell them to use a different apartment. I'm beyond uncomfortable with this, and I have stuff to do today that didn't originally include waiting around all morning.
My moan is that I just want this school year to be over. 9 more days is 9 too long. Thankfully, I have some really great lessons planned and the kids are engaged, but their typically good behavior is starting to wear around the edges. I'd like to move them on to summer while I still like them :-)..haha.
I am also taking classes this summer and although they're online, they are still quite time consuming. As a matter of fact, I've only began one of the classes. The other class is self paced and I just decided to wait until I have more free time. Another year of this and I am DONE..Thank goodness!

Kim, Lauren, and Deb I'm glad you liked my house! Hopefully next time you come I will have porch furniture so we can sit out there and enjoy it!
My moan is that my school budget failed the first time and the second vote is tomorrow and I am nervous. I am at the bottom in terms of seniority so I am nervous and it stinks.
Yeah Ashley's house is amazing!
