PRETZEL GIRLS!
We went house hunting today and found an AMAZING house (short sale) that was on it's way to foreclosure. It was about 40K less then what we wanted to spend and amazing. Brand new (2003), beautiful and well kept. Everything we could have asked for. We put an offer on it today for 10K over asking price.
