Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Anyone know of any places in the Malvern, Downingtown, Exton, etc area that has prenatal yoga classes? I was planning to see if my doctor's office has any recommendation when i go next week, but I figured I would try here as well. I'm trying to find something to help my back

Yoga Living Magazine (free at the Wawa or supermarkets) has always been a good resource for finding studios. I am pretty sure you can download the entire issue, but I would probably focus on the last quarter of it, since that is where the yoga studio directory is.

The Spirit of Yoga does offer pre natal. I've been wanting to start there sometime soon. They have studios in West Chester and Downingtown. I know the WC location holds their class at 9am on Sunday mornings.
