As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

webcam interview?
Has anyone ever had an interview over webcam? I have a second (and final) round interview on Friday, and am "meeting" with one of the interviewers over webcam as her home office is in another city and she wasn't able to travel to my city. I'm also meeting in person with one other person. I've used Skype exactly once and that is my only experience with webcams, does anybody have any advice or tips?

do you have a good internet connection?
be sure you have good lighting. no clutter in the background (just a plain wall ideally). still dress professionally like you would for any interview.
look into the camera to speak to the person (not at yourself other than an initial check to be sure you look ok).
