NJ Transit ?

Hey girlies, my bff is coming down with her H this week to see the Yankees v Red Sox game, and they are staying in Ft. Lee NJ, does anyone know the closest train station for them to go to in order to take it into Penn? I've been googling everything and can't figure out what station is closest to where they are staying. TIA

Re: NJ Transit ?

  • i can't picture any trains in ft lee. it's a bus town - bus to port authority, and then subway. or bus/car to ny waterway in weehawken- i'm pretty sure they run the yankee clipper ferry to the stadium.
  • Ahhhhh interesting, that would totally make sense. They would love the ferry. Thanks Melanie.

Yeah pretty sure from Ft. Lee you need a bus or ferry.  No trains in that area.
  • Depending on how close they are to the GW they could walk across it into manhattan and grab a livery car Im pretty sure it's $7 to the bronx. I also know they're are a few can companies that are in fort lee that will drive to and from yankee game
