Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I belong to the Ashburn location and absolutely love it. It's a tough workout - but totally worth it - you will see results.

JessVT - I did my first kickboxing class yesterday morning, and I did enjoy it. I am feeling it today 8). I signed up for the summer, and ordered some boxing gloves last night. I am excited to really get into it, and hopefully see some results 8).
