How'd it go this week, ladies?
I saw Lanerbelle AWing her weight loss on H&F & she looks great! Congrats on your accomplishment, Laner!
I did what I know works & over the past week I lost 3.2lbs. Sticking between 1200-1500 calories & doing sprints/HIIT on the treadmill is what WORKS for me. Now I just need to stick to it. I really, really want to get back down to ~130lbs before we go to Europe. I've even scheduled myself some presents:
-5% = pedicure
-10% = New shoes
-13% (goal weight) = Cute dress from Anthropologie
Re: Tuesday Accountability
This past week was rough for me. Being on vacation meant eating horribly. Since my last OB appt. I've gained another 2 lbs. so I'm up 15 at 33ish weeks. I think I'll be able to keep it to 20 lbs.
One awesome thing that happened was JJ and I went out to the bike trail by my parents house and I got the itch to start jogging, so I ended up jog/walking 3.5, 4 and 4.5 miles 3 days while we were there. My pace was slow, but I'm so happy I was able to jog at least 50% of the distance each day and I felt great!
I might try to jog again this weekend, depending on how warm it is. Just need to keep eating healthy calories and not french fries and pancakes...
My Ovulation Chart
You at least had Graeters ice cream, right?
No
Ice cream makes me sick.
And tomato sauce gives me awful heartburn so no La Rosa's or vegetarian Skyline. Bummer!
I haven't lost/gained since last week, but the biotch is coming soon, so I'm starting to retain water already. Add to that a less than impressive diet this week.
I did end up joining Baileys, and have gone three times now. I love it, and even DH suggested I go ahead and upgrade to the unlimited membership since I like it so much and am making a point to go. I just had my first personal training session yesterday, and it was a real eye-opener! I'm no stranger to weight training, but listening to the trainer was encouraging because I realized I can easily do this if I just stick to it.
So yeah, not a great week, but good information and a good start. We'll see.
"My 101 List - Updating asap, I swear!
Thank you!! I've hit my 20 pounds lost mark! Woot woot! Its been a good week. I'm trying to keep up with my runs and Im tracking like a crazy person. I want to lose another 10-15 pounds, so I still have a while to go, but I've felt pretty good about myself this week.
I have no idea. I was back up two pounds when I went to the gym on ... oh I don't even remember what day it was. I am still in the mid-140s.
I was not feeling well for a few days (nausea and acid-reflux), so I didn't eat much then. Hopefully that helped reduce the weight some.
How is it that my BABY is going to be 3?
BFP-2/25/11; 8 Wk U/S-3/25/11-No HB, measured 6.5 wks; D&C
I gained 4 pounds in two weeks! Go me. I was also in Chicago on vacation from one of those weeks and took being pregnant as a way to splurge.
I'm up 9 pounds total for the pregnancy, but I weigh more than I ever have (I started out a bit heavier with this one than I did with
.
I'm really itching to go running and I can't wait 'til the end of August when my OB will hopefully clear me for it again. I miss it.
