If you could pick the time you star work........
What time would you pick?
I currently start at 7;00 am and I like it. I get out at 3:15 and that leaves me a good part of the afternoon to do things.

I get into work at 8 and work 9 hour shifts so I'm out at 5pm (1 hour lunch). I would love to work 4 10-hour shifts and have one day off in the middle of the week. I have tried moving my work schedule up an hour and get in at 7am but the boss wasn't a fan of that.
We have the same schedule
and I like it for the same reason.
I currently work 8:30 to 5 p.m., and I hate it.
My last position was 7:45 to 3:45, and I loved it.

I currently work 11pm-7am. Strangely I find this better than working 7am-3pm. I am NOT a morning person and I hate waking up by alarm clocks. I worked 7am-3pm for about 3 months and I was exhausted every day when I got home from work and usually fell asleep for 2+ hours before dinner.
