September 2008 Weddings
Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
One last book club post: Book for June
If you want to participate in June, sign in here with an option of two for a book to read. I will do a poll when I get back from my conference (Thursday) to pick the book. Let's try to keep it shorter (300ish pages?) since we are already a week in to the month.
My picks:
The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks
Look Again
I also really want to read An Inconvenient Wife, but it's over 400 pages. So, I'll put it up for July.

Re: One last book club post: Book for June
Can we do a thread for the book club? I feel like there are so many emails to keep up with already. Also, if people want to participate one month but not the next it would be easier to join in.
Dead Until Dark
A Paris Wife
Books read in 2011: 111
Books read in 2012: 100
my read shelf:
Love the idea of the Sookie series (loved them). Love the idea of Something Borrowed.
I've got nothing on my 'to read' list - I'm currently reading the Harry Potter series (backwards) again for at least the tenth time.

2012 Reading Challenge
I have a ton to read on my to-read on Goodreads list but the ones I have in my Kindle are:
Moloka'i (just a sample)
The Passage
Room
The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks
No Footprints in the Sand (sample)
Moloka'i is the one I want to read really bad but I'll read whatever is chosen.
CRAFTY ME
my read shelf:
I'm a fan if this idea. It would be a good warmup, it's a relatively quick read and (selfishly) I want to read it again before the movie.
2012 Reading Challenge
And I just bought it so I could read it before seeing the movie, so my vote is also YES for Something Borrowed.

I don't know that I'd want to read a whole a book on my phone. Kinda small:)

It probably would be hard to do... you can also do the Kindle for PC app and read it from your computer screen... that may be hard on the eyes also!
