How would this book club work? Would we each pick a book to read one month and then come up with a list of questions to ask after we all read it? I've never visited the Nest Book Club board before.

I'm not really sure. On the book board, they just pick on day a month and discuss the chosen book (which was chosen by poll). There are always multiple threads.
Another option that we could do is an email chain, similar to the fitness one. We would choose a date and I could start an email with some discussion questions (a lot of books have them in the back). We could always break off in to other discussions about the book, too.
As for choosing books, we could all throw out ideas, and then have a poll. We could maybe choose 3 months at a time.
Those are just my thoughts. I'm open to ideas, though!

And I think that choosing 3 books/months in a row is a good idea. Though I might end up reading them all at once if I know myself.
