Breakfast: 1/8 pie sized slice of spinach/cheddar/ham quiche, 8oz glass of milk

Snack: donut
Lunch: Becca inspired me to get Indian; I ate half an order of chicken makhani (which is probably really bad for you; chicken in a tomato cream sauce) w/about 1/2 cup white rice; 2 pieces garlic naan and one somosa (mmm! It's essentially potatoes and veggies in a fried crust)
Snack: 6 large strawberries
Dinner: Chicken ceasar salad, small bag of "Pops" chips (my first time trying, delicious!), 1/3 white choc macadamia nut cookie; water bottle of vodka-lemonade (we were at an outdoor BYOB concert)
Late snack: 1 piece black licorce, 1 vanilla cupcake
Lots of water!
ETA: I rode my bike a total of about 11 miles. I rode downtown to meet DH for a concert and then we rode back together after.

Didn't have Breakfast.
Lunch had 2 slices of peperoni, sausage, ham pizza and a coke.
No snack.
Dinner- had bowl of cabbage and turkey sausage and 1/2 a glass of red wine.
late night snack had an ice cream bar.
and had lots of water to drink.
Breakfast: 1 cup of granola cereal with 1/2 cup of skim milk
Snack: Cracker sticks w/cheese dip pack
Lunch: A "Fit and Active" (like a Smart One/Lean Cuisine) 5 cheese lasagna meal. And another crakcer stick/cheese dip pack (These are only 2 WW pts so they are my 'go to' salt/crunchy snack)
Dinner: Stir fry...tons of veggies and a 3/4 of a baked chicken breast cut up and mixed in. We opted not to make rice with it and I am glad we didn't because just the veggies and the chicken made me so full.
Snack: A tiny chicken burrito (the kind that are $.39 at Walmart and only 4 inches long) and a handful of BBQ chips.
I feel like I ate a lot yesterday but everything I ate other than the burrito and chips were low cal/points, so I still came in way under my goal for the day.
I drank diet coke in the morning, water throughout the day, diet coke for dinner, and then water the rest of the night.
Breakfast: Raspberry pancakes (my mom was camping near my house and made me breakfast, spoiled!)
Lunch: Went to lunch with mom and sis to discuss wedding details, chicken lo mein and 2 small crab rangoons, water to drink
Dinner: chicken breaded in panko with 1/2 slice of provolone on top and macaroni and corn casserole (which is TERRIBLE for you)
I didn't have any snacks or dessert.
Drank water all day and only 1/2 a cherry pepsi.
Breakfast: 1/2 cup cherries
No Snack
Lunch: 1 cup Celery with fat free ranch
No Snack again
Dinner: Chili's quesadilla explosion salad.. oops
Snack: maybe 1/4 cup of snow caps at the movies
I was visiting with friends and old coworkers yesterday before I drove back home so consequentially my eats were pretty unhealthy.
Breakfast: 2 pieces of french toast w. syrup and butter. 2 eggs scrambled.
Lunch: Veggie sandwich - avacado, cheese, lettuce on whole grain. 1 deviled egg. 1 Smore flavored upcake (it's an upsidedown cupcake, frosted all over).
Dinner: 2 slices pizza, lots of salad w homemade italian.
Water to drink.
No exercising.

Does this really fill you up? I'd be starving lol
The cherries and celery are usually my snack and I usually have oats and honey bars for breakfast and some kind of grilled chicken for lunch. My tummy felt funny yesterday and I just did not feel like eating. I pretty much forced the cherries and celery down. Normally - this would never have held me over till dinner!
