Your vibes worked again!!!
We got the house! They didn't even bother with counter-offering! I am still stunned. Our REA told us last night and even she was shocked. She says not having a counter-offer rarely happens 
I think God wants us to have that house, haha
The sellers said they will do the minor things we had written on our offer (remove dead tree, add 2 vent covers, replace a chunk of missing baseboard) and we have inspections to go through, of course. Then, hopefully, if everything passes, we will get the keys mid-July! Thank you everyone sooooo much!!!
