house foundation inspector/fixer
a friend needs someone to inspect their foundation for problems. any recs? i have no idea who to call on this one... tia!

Tell your friend to get more than one inspection & estimate. We got estimates from three companies and went with the one that made the most sense. One of them (that shall remain nameless and unrecommended) produced an estimate that was completely unrealistic and about 3x the cost of the two other estimates. But since they were our first estimate, we had a minor freak out over the job. So glad we talked to other companies.
We went with Level Best and I highly recommend them. They were great to work with and have a great reputation.
