Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Generally bad. Especially from your SO. But I tend to think that full disclosure is in the best interests of all parties, regardless of who is involved. It's easier to deal with anything if all the cards are on the table.
Secrets from DH = Bad
Secrets with DH = Okay
Otherwise I think it completely depends on the people involved and how drastic a secret it is.
I don't keep secrets with the exception of two things. I have told DH but have not told any family members.
