sick kids make me sad

Poor R.  Sad

He went to bed with a low grade fever last night, woke up with it again this morning, and an hour after he was awake, he threw up.  Poor thing is pathetically laying on the couch.  I gave him Tyelnol this morning before he ate anything, so I'm thinking that's why he threw up.  Hopefully that won't keep happening...I can handle a fever, but hate cleaning up puke.

Thankfully, after K's 2 month shots yesterday, she still slept 7+ hours last night!

It makes me sad too and I hate that you really can do nothing for them to make it better  ;-(   I hope he feels better soon!

  • my mom thought i was crazy for thinking that's why he puked!  He ate some toast and some chex mix and I took him to the sitters.  The fever went through the house, and he seemed to feel better.  I just want to close my classroom and enjoy my summer.
