Need Recipe Similar to Let's Dish Spinach and Feta Egg Bake
We got our Living Social Let's Dish shipment last week. Over the weekend, I made the egg bake for a brunch and it was delicious. This coming weekend, I'm hosting a brunch and want to make something similar but I can't find a recipe for a similar dish. I'm not experienced enough in the kitchen to guestimate so I'm wondering if anyone has or knows of a recipe that I could use.
The Let's Dish recipe was a bunch of small croissants covering the bottom of a baking dish. Then an egg mixture was poured over the croissants. The egg mixture seemed to include eggs, spinach, feta, dill, and maybe some other things. Mozzerella cheese was then sprinkled on top.
I tried using AllRecipes search by ingredient feature but didn't come up with anything. Anyway, if anyone has a recipe similar to this, I'd love a link.
