What are everyone's vacation plans?
Re: S/o summer poll
Right now, just Vegas. DisneyWorld and Hawaii are in the works for next summer, so we didn't make big vacation plans this year.
I'm trying to convince my parents to let us go to Great Wolf Lodge in Texas next month. I'm a big kid at heart who wants to be able to spend all day at a water park and not pass out.
What route are you taking? Considering my parents live right outside of Ocean City (Oceanview). If you're taking back roads once you're in Jersey I can help to let you know if they're going to work. Or if you'd like to know some back roads...
I have a wedding on Saturday (18th) but I'll be down for Father's Day on the 19th.
Hmmm.
Probably just day trips. Maybe beach trips- our family has a small house on a beach (er, 3 blocks walking to a beach) on the s. shore of MA so we may just do that with Baby A...
We are also just doing a few little trips. Going to Wisconsin on Saturday for my parents 30th anni, going to a winery for the afternoon and out to dinner. We're going to Kansas City to see a friend in July or August (would have liked to go when the O's are there but they are weekday games), and going to Minneapolis to watch the O's play the Twins in August.
I'm going to my hometown (kind of a vacation, I guess) for a long weekend in July because C is driving out to North Carolina for a wedding with some friends.

Pam- I'm going to make a separate post and tell you what we've been doing traveling with the baby.
Ladies going to the beach with babies - I highly recommend the sportbrella Upf 50. We got it on amazon and it was a lifesaver for us! We had Margot under that thing all day at the beach and she didn't get a bit of sun.
We're trying to plan something for late summer right after labor day, but not exactly sure what yet. I want one thing and D wants another, so who knows. We haven't been on a real vacation since the honeymoon, so who knows.
