Breakfast: spinach/cheddar/ham quiche, 8oz glass of milk

Snack: donut (ugh seriously, new people so far everyday this week and I have no self-control for donuts, except that I limit myself to one)
Lunch: the other half of my Indian leftovers: chicken makhani (w/about 1/2 cup white rice; 2 pieces garlic naan and one somosa
Snack: Baggie of strawberries and red grapes
Dinner: 1/2 wrap with grilled buffalo chicken, romaine, tomatoes, cucumbers and 1 tsp ranch; handful of fries w/ketchup; 2 glasses pinot grigio
Dessert: DH and I split a 2-scoop cookies'n'cream ice cream in a waffle cone on our walk home from dinner
Lots of water!
Exercise: Ran 3 miles in 95F at 5pm. Whew was I sweaty!!

lunch - can of wolfgang puck corn chowder, salad w lettuce, radishes & italian dressing, pretzels
snack - watermelon & a twizzler
dinner - gnocci w. marinara sauce
no exercise, i've been feeling horribly exhausted lately and I got AF this morning which partially explains it, but I ran out of iron supplements which I think may be causing my sluggishness. I haven't wanted to push myself the past few days. hopefully by the end of the week I'll break a sweat again.

hmm. We had a lot of parties this week at work.
Breakfast: Pineapple chobai with granola
Snack: Danish
Lunch: Special K Strawberried and Yogurt with Skim milk
Snack: A piece of cake and bbq lays
Dinner: 3 Turkey hot dogs with buns and waffle fries
This has been a really bad week for eating!
I'll start by saying that my stomache still felt off during the day yesterday. I don't know what my problem is the last two days.
Breakfast: one oats n honey bar - and that took me an hour to get through
Snack: skipped
Lunch: protein shake since I just could not get in the mood for food
Snack: also skipped
Dinner: 1 cup edamame and maybe 1 cup of buttered noodles
As you can tell from PP, this week has not been normal eating habits for me at all. I'm not sure why, but hopefully it corrects itself soon.
Breakfast- Honey bunches of oats with 1% milk.
Lunch- had Burger king again had 2 of the 4 piece chicken tenders and half of a small fry, and a small chocolate milk shake.
Snack- can of coke, and 2 chocolate truffle candy ball things a customer brought in for us.
Dinner- half a grilled chicken breast done in lemon pepper and garlic, and half a bowl of pasta salad that has green bell pepper, green olives, grape tomatoes, pepper jack cheeses, rotini pasta and some red wine vinaigrette dressing. oh and 2 beers
Snack- an ice cream bar
and lots of water!!!
Breakfast: A whole lotta nothing.
Lunch: Happy Joe's lunch buffet- salad, maccaroni salad, pizza, and cheese sticks or and some delicious dessert pizza (whoops!)
Snack: Nothing
Dinner: More pizza, a small sausage/pepperoni/mushroom pizza and 2 beers
Dessert: angel food cake/pudding/cool whip/strawberry trifle
