How was your ultrasound? Did baby cooperate?

It was good, but she wasn't cooperating very much! She had her arm up over her head with her head resting on it, so we didn't get any good profile views, but we did get to see her face and the tech double checked to make sure she's still a she
The tech said once again she was the most stubborn baby she'd had that day, how lovely!
They approximate she's in the 35th percentile for growth, about 3 lbs. 15 oz., so they said to expect a 7 lb. baby, which sounds great to me since I want to deliver naturally...but I know those estimates can be +/- up to 2 lbs.
My next appt. is at 35 weeks so I'll have the strep test thing, and then I go to weekly visits - yay! I'm doing my best to stay patient and remind myself that once she's an outside baby, everything will change, so enjoy these 7/8 weeks but it's soooo hard now with her nursery finished and the clothes in her closet, ready and waiting
I'm glad it went well! We have a stubborn little one too, she does NOT cooperate for ultrasounds at all!
I can't believe our girls will be here SO SOON!
Kristin - when was B born in relation to his due date? Are you feeling like you've progressed any faster with this pregnancy? I don't even think I've had any BH contractions yet... I feel like she's solid in here forever - blah!
Jodi - I haven't posted photos, we got back Sunday from OH with the shower gifts and have been arranging it and putting stuff away since then. I will soon! We did go with the woodland creatures bedding though!
He was born at 40w6d. This pregnancy is FLYING by in comparison. I can't believe I only have 5.5 weeks left.
I never noticed the BH contractions with B, though apparently I was having them because Dr. Paulk pointed it out to me at one of my appointments. My belly just got hard, it was never uncomfortable.
I've been having them since about 24 weeks this time around - mostly they don't bother me but lately they've been a bit uncomfortable. I freaked a bit a few nights ago because I had 7 in an hour, but after I drank some water and laid on my left side they stopped. It's the strangest feeling, my belly is just rock hard and so tight, it sometimes makes it a bit hard to breathe.
Average birth time for first time babies is 41w1d. It's so hard not to be anxious after your due date comes and goes though!
Well shoot, maybe I have had a few. I've woken up a few time with my stomach feeling like it's just tensed up and hard. Sometimes after I exercise it does this, or if I get really hot, but I didn't think it was a contraction.
Sounds like it is - I notice them more often after I've been really active, if I have to pee or if I didn't drink enough water that day.
