Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

F/U Job
Well although the interviews went great I don't have a new job. When the employer called to discuss me joining their team I not only discovered that they were offering me a bit lower than what we had went over in the second interview, but that they also don't offer health insurance benefits. I could've taken the small hit in pay in order to get a normal Monday through Friday 9-5 with weekends off to spend time with DH, but the fact that they didn't offer health insurance meant he would have to add me onto his plan at work which costs a whopping extra $165 a month. We just didn't feel comfortable with that so I'm back to square one with my job search 
Thanks for all the vibes anyway! I guess I'll just store them away for another time.
