Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Do you find youself "unworthy" right before asking for raise?
I'm just curious to how this process of asking for a raise makes you feel? I'm a little surprised that the few times this has come up in my own life, it makes me very uncomfortable and weak. I suddenly go from being strong and capable to questioning everything about myself. Why is it so hard to stand up for yourself and believe that you DO deserve that raise? After readin Bethenny's book I thought I'd be better at this:)
